Veggie Casserole
Veggie Casserole is an moderately easy vegetarian dish you can prepare in just 44 minutes. Made with large pkg. frozen vegetables (broccoli, carrots and cauliflower mix), c. cream of mushroom soup, c. sour cream, c. evaporated milk and c. shredded swiss cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Thaw vegetables.
In large bowl, mix vegetables, soup, sour cream, milk, 1/2 cup of shredded cheese and 1/2 can of the onions. Pour into covered 1 1/2 quart casserole.
Sprinkle remaining cheese and onions on top.
Heat in 350Β° oven for 30 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
