Veggie Bars
Veggie Bars is an moderately easy vegetarian dish you can prepare in about 1 hour 30 minutes. Made with (8 count) pkg. crescent dinner rolls, (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature), (1 oz.) pkg. hidden valley ranch seasoning, c. mayonnaise and bell pepper (green), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Chop peppers, mushrooms and broccoli; set aside.
Line a lightly greased 15 x 10-inch pan with rolls.
Pinch seams together.
Bake at 350Β° for 7 to 8 minutes.
Cool.
Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise and seasoning together and blend until smooth. Spread on rolls. Mix all veggies and cheese and sprinkle on cream cheese.
Cover and chill.
Cut in squares.
