Vegetarian Chili

Cover garlic with water in a small pan and boil.
Drain and cool garlic.
Peel cloves; chop and reserve.
Melt butter in a large saucepan; add onions and saute to golden brown.
Stir in garlic, then add mushrooms and zucchini; saute until tender.
Add tomatoes, chili powder, cumin and salt and pepper to taste.
