Turkey Pot Pie
Turkey Pot Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing, 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour, 1 c. milk, 1 1/2 c. chopped, cooked turkey and 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, thawed and drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Melt mayonnaise in a heavy saucepan over low heat; add flour, stirring until smooth.
Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Gradually add milk; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture is thickened and bubbly.
Stir in turkey, mixed vegetables, bouillon granules and pepper; cook over medium heat until thoroughly heated.
Spoon into a 9-inch quiche dish or pie plate.
