Made with 2 tbsp. diet margarine, 2 lb. ground turkey, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1 medium green pepper, chopped and 2 cloves garlic, minced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Saute onion, green pepper and garlic in margarine in Dutch oven.
Add turkey and cook until it loses pink color.
Stir in remaining ingredients, except beans. Bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat and simmer one hour.
Stir in beans, cover and simmer an additional 15 minutes.
