Tuna Pot Pie
Tuna Pot Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. diced carrots, 1 1/2 c. diced potatoes, 3 tsp. chopped onions, 1/2 c. milk and 1/4 c. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cook carrots, potatoes and onions until tender in liquid from peas.
Drain off liquid and add oil from tuna and enough milk to make 2 cups of liquid.
Melt butter, blend in flour, and add liquid stirring constantly until thickened.
Pour over cooked vegetables.
Add tuna and peas.
Season to taste.
Turn into greased casserole dish and cover with pie crust.
Bake at 425Β° until crust is brown.
Makes 4 large servings.
