Tomato Basil Tart
Tomato Basil Tart is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pie crust, 1 1/2 c. shredded mozzarella, 4 or 5 medium tomatoes, 1 c. loosely packed fresh basil leaves and 4 cloves garlic, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Bake pie shell until brown.
Sprinkle with 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese and cool.
Cut tomato into wedges and drain on paper towel. Arrange wedges atop melted cheese in the pie shell.
In food processor, combine basil and garlic; process until coarsely chopped and then sprinkle over tomatoes.
