The Best Ever Fruit Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb. candied cherries, 1 lb. candied pineapple, 4 oz. container lemon peel, 4 oz. container orange peel and 8 oz. pkg. pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Preheat oven to 200Β°.
This fruit cake is baked in a very slow oven.
Sift flour with the baking powder and baking soda.
Add cinnamon, allspice and nutmeg.
Set flour mixture aside.
Cream butter and eggs together until light and fluffy.
Add vanilla to egg mixture.
Gradually add the flour mixture to the egg mixture. Add, one at a time, the orange juice, lemon juice and the Welch's grape juice.
Stir mixture until all ingredients are well blended. Add grape jelly.
Blend well.
Place candied cherries, candied pineapple, lemon peel, orange peel, pecans and raisins in a large bowl and mix well.
Fold this mixture into the batter.
Mix thoroughly.
