Thai Beef Kabobs
Thai Beef Kabobs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 to 2 1/2 lb. boneless, lean beef, 1/2 c. soy sauce, 6 cloves minced garlic, 2 tbsp. sesame seed and 1/4 c. finely chopped cilantro, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Cut meat into strips at least 2 inches thick.
Partially freeze the strips and then cut across the grain in long strips about 1/4-inch thick.
Mix together all other ingredients and use to marinate meat for up to 2 hours.
