Tex-Mex Guacamole
Tex-Mex Guacamole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 medium size, black-skinned avocados, 2 tsp. fresh lime or lemon juice, 2 green onions, finely chopped, 1 small tomato, seeded and finely chopped and 2 tbsp. seeded and finely chopped fresh or canned green chili pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Halve the avocados lengthwise and scoop the flesh into a medium size bowl.
Add the lime juice and salt.
Mash with a fork, mixing well.
Add the green onions, tomato, garlic, green chili pepper and cilantro.
Blend well.
Serve with tortilla chips.
