Tender Slow Roast Pork
Tender Slow Roast Pork is an easy dinner. Made with 3 to 4 lb. boneless pork loin, 1/3 c. worcestershire sauce, 3/4 c. packed brown sugar, 1/2 c. apple juice and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Preheat oven to 400°.
Place pork in pan with lid.
Sprinkle pork heavily with Worcestershire sauce.
Turn it over and sprinkle other side.
Take brown sugar and rub against meat to make a brown crust.
Pour apple juice in bottom of pan, not over meat.
Cover and place in oven.
Bake about 10 minutes on 400°, then turn down to 200° and bake for 4 hours.
