Tangy Oven Barbecued Chicken
Tangy Oven Barbecued Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. jellied cranberry sauce, 1/4 c. no-salt added tomato paste, 2 tbsp. prepared mustard, 1 tsp. cider vinegar and 4 (6 oz.) skinned chicken breast halves, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Line an 11 x 7 x 2-inch baking dish with aluminum foil; set aside.
Combine first 4 ingredients in container of an electric blender.
Top with cover and process until mixture is smooth. Brush mixture evenly over both sides of chicken; reserve remaining mixture.
Place chicken, bone side up, in prepared dish.
Bake, uncovered, at 375Β° for 25 minutes.
Turn chicken and brush with remaining cranberry mixture.
Bake, uncovered, an additional 20 minutes or until chicken is tender.
