Taco Salad
Taco Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans, 1 lb. ground beef, 1/4 c. chopped onion, 1 tbsp. green chilies and 2 tomatoes, diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Brown meat, drain on paper towel until cool.
Salt and pepper to taste.
In a bowl, mix beans, onion, green chilies, tomatoes and meat.
In another bowl, put in lettuce and top with bean mixture, cheese, chips and pour dressing over all and mix well. This dish serves 6 to 8 people.
