Swiss Steak
Swiss Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. steak, 1/4 c. flour, 1 tsp. salt, 1 small garlic and 1/2 green pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cut meat in small cubes.
Combine the flour, salt and pepper. Roll meat in flour mix.
Add few pieces to remaining ingredients, except parsley.
Bring liquid to boil, then simmer meat and mix together for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
Remove from heat and sprinkle with parsley.
