Swiss Steak
Swiss Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. beef round steak, 1 medium sized onion, sliced, 3 tbsp. vegetable oil, 1 (8 oz.) can hunt's tomato sauce and 1 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Roll steak in flour.
Cook onion in oil until tender.
Brown meat on both sides in oil and onion mixture.
Add tomato sauce, water, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
Cover and simmer about 1 1/2 hours, or until meat is tender.
