Swedish Pancakes
Swedish Pancakes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. sifted flour, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 tbsp. sugar, 3 eggs, well beaten and 3 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix and sift flour, salt and 1 tablespoon sugar.
Combine eggs, milk and melted butter.
Add to flour mixture; stir until smooth (batter will be very thin).
Bake on hot griddle, using 1/2 cup to each large pancake (8 or 9-inch).
Keep warm until all are finished.
Serve with sour cream or preserves.
Makes about 8 large pancakes.
