Wash potatoes and boil about 30 minutes.
Peel or leave skins on as you desire.
Cut in lengthwise wedges.
Place in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Combine remaining ingredients.
Brush over potatoes.
Spray pan with cooking spray and also spray on top of potatoes.
Sprinkle paprika on top.
Bake at 350Β° for one hour.
