Lightly spray casserole dish with Pam.
Do not brown or salt meat.
Put meat in dish.
Pepper to taste.
Cover with chopped onion.
Mix both soups and mushrooms with juice in bowl.
Spread soup mixture over meat and onions.
Bake, covered, at 275° for 3 hours or at 350° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
Serve over rice, noodles or mashed potatoes. Yield: 6 servings.
