Sugar-Free Glazed Strawberry Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 baked 9-inch pie crust, 7 c. fresh strawberries, 1 c. white grape juice, 2 tbsp. cornstarch and 6 to 8 packets sweetener, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Crush 2 cups berries into pan; add 3/4 cup white grape juice. Bring to boil; reduce heat, simmer 2 minutes.
Sieve out pulp. Return 1 1/4 cups of liquid to the pan.
In separate container, combine 1/4 cup white grape juice and the cornstarch.
Add this to the liquid in the pan.
Cook and stir until thick and bubbly.
Then cook 2 minutes more.
Remove from heat and stir in the sweetener and coloring.
Spread 1/4 of this mixture over pie crust.
Then layer berries and mixture over this.
Chill 3 to 4 hours.
Serve topped with dairy whip.
