Steamed Shrimp
Steamed Shrimp is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in about 2 hours 10 minutes. Wash shrimp in cold, running water.
Place in a large pot. Add the stalks celery, onions and lemons for every 3 to pounds of shrimp; do not add any water.
Use only what hangs onto the shrimp when you wash them.
Sprinkle liberally with
Old Bay seafood seasoning.
Cover pot and cook on top of stove over medium heat.
Stir frequently; the shrimp on the bottom cook first so keep turning them over until they are all pink and tender.
Remove from heat.
Drain (there will be a lot of fluid). Peel and eat.
