Steam Bread Pudding
Steam Bread Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. brown sugar, 3 eggs, 4 slices bread, butter and 2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Put a cup of brown sugar into top of double boiler.
(Make sure there is water in the bottom pot.)
Butter 4 slices of bread on both sides and cut into cubes.
Place on top of brown sugar. Beat 3 eggs and add 2 cups of milk and 1 teaspoon of vanilla and mix well.
Pour over bread.
Do not stir.
Cook until a knife comes out clean for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
