Steak Teriyaki
Steak Teriyaki is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 small (3/4-inch) new york strip steaks, 1 1/4 c. light brown sugar, 1 c. light soy sauce, 1 1/2-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and grated and 1/2 clove garlic, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Place steaks in shallow pan.
Mix together, blending well, brown sugar, soy sauce, ginger, garlic and sesame oil.
Pour over steaks.
Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours or overnight. Turn steaks occasionally.
