Steak on a Stick
Steak On A Stick is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. packed brown sugar, 1 tbsp. soy sauce, 1 1/2 tsp. wine vinegar, 1 1/2 tsp. catsup and 2 tbsp. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Combine first 7 ingredients in a large shallow dish.
Add steak; cover and marinate at least 2 hours or overnight in refrigerator, turning occasionally.
Drain steak.
Add honey to reserved marinade.
Thread steak on bamboo skewers.
Grill 5 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness is reached.
Baste with marinade.
