Steak Marinade
Steak Marinade is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. soy sauce, 2 large onions, chopped, 2 cloves garlic, halved, 1/4 c. bottled gravy mix (kitchen bouquet) and 2 tsp. beau monde seasoning, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Place in blender soy sauce, onions and garlic.
Process in blender for 1 minute.
Stir in gravy coloring and seasoning. Arrange steaks or chops in a shallow glass dish.
Pour 1/2 cup for each steak.
Let stand for 2 hours or refrigerate overnight. Bring to room temperature before grilling.
