South Of The Border Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. round steak strips, 3 tbsp. flour, 1 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/8 tsp. pepper and 2 tbsp. oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Combine flour, salt and pepper.
Lightly batter meat in mixture.
In frying pan, brown meat, garlic and bell pepper. Remove meat; place in tortillas.
Roll up and place in baking dish side by side.
Pour picante sauce, mushrooms, bell pepper and garlic mixture on top.
Bake at 325Β° for 25 minutes, then sprinkle cheese on top and bake for 10 more minutes.
Serve with sour cream on top, rice on the side.
