Sour Cream Rolls
Sour Cream Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sour cream, 1 stick melted margarine, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 tsp. salt and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Heat sour cream.
Add sugar, melted margarine and salt and stir to dissolve.
Cool to lukewarm.
In a large warm bowl, add 1/2 cup warm water and sprinkle yeast into water.
When dissolved, add sour cream mixture, then eggs and stir in flour.
Put batter in refrigerator overnight.
Divide into 4 parts.
Roll each section into round circle on floured surface.
Cut into pie shaped wedges.
Roll into crescent rolls.
Put on greased baking sheet and let rise in a warm place until double in bulk.
Bake at 375Β° for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
