Sour Cream Coffee Cake
Sour Cream Coffee Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. oleo, 2 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 8 oz. sour cream and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cream oleo, sugar and eggs.
Fold in sour cream. Sift dry ingredients and add.
Add vanilla.
Spoon half the batter into a greased 10-inch Bundt pan.
Cover with a mixture of 1/2 cup chopped nuts, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and 2 tablespoons brown sugar. Cover with remaining batter.
Bake at 350Β° for 55 to 60 minutes. Let cool until just warm and remove from pan.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
