Sour Cream Coffee Cake
Sour Cream Coffee Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 eggs, 1/2 lb. (1 c.) butter, 2 c. sugar, 1 tbsp. vanilla and 4 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Heat oven to 350Β°.
Use an ungreased tube pan.
Sift flour, soda and salt.
Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs and vanilla. Add flour alternately with sour cream.
Mix walnuts, brown sugar and cinnamon.
Alternate batter and sugar mixture in tube pan. Bake 1 1/2 hours.
Completely cool before removing from pan.
On plate right up, sprinkle with powdered sugar, if desired.
