Sour Cream Biscuits

Preheat oven to 350°.
In a large mixing bowl, stir together the all-purpose flour and baking powder.
Cut in the margarine until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Stir in the sour cream and skim milk.
On lightly floured surface, knead dough 8 to 10 times. Roll or pat 1/2-inch thickness.
With 2-inch biscuit cutter, cut dough into 12 circles.
Place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 12 to 15 minutes. Test for doneness. Simplicity becomes spectacular.
