Mix first 3 ingredients together.
Sift next 4 ingredients together then combine with sugar mixture.
In a small bowl mix 2 teaspoons sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon.
Roll cookie dough into balls about the size of a small walnut, then roll in sugar mixture. Place 2 inches apart on cookie sheet and bake until brown but soft. Cookies will puff up at first but flatten out with crinkled top. Bake at 400Β° for 8 to 10 minutes.
