Smoked Beef Casserole
Smoked Beef Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. bisquick, 1/2 c. dairy sour cream, 1/2 c. water, 1/3 c. margarine or butter and 1/4 c. bisquick, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Heat oven to 350Β°.
Grease square pan 9 x 9 x 2-inches. Mix 2 cups bisquick, and water until soft dough forms. Beat strokes.
Spread in pan.
Bake until golden brown, about
25 minutes.
Heat margarine in pan until melted. Stir in 1/4
Bisquick, the onion and seasoning.
Heat to boiling, stirring constantly; remove from heat.
Gradually stir in milk. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
Boil and stir 1 minute. Stir in 1 cup of cheese until melted.
Stir in beef, peas and corn; heat through.
Spread over baked layer; sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake until cheese is melted, 3 to 5 minutes. Serve immediately.
