Shrimp Sausage Jambalaya
Shrimp Sausage Jambalaya is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. uncooked rice, 1 bell pepper, chopped, 1 large onion, chopped, 3 to 4 scallions, chopped (green tops only) and 1 lb. medium shrimp, boiled and peeled, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex pan.
Put rice, green pepper and onions.
Slice sausage thinly.
Add to pan along with shrimp.
Add everything else, except margarine.
Put pats of margarine on top. Bake 1 hour at 350Β°.
Stir occasionally.
