Shrimp Sauce For Pasta is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 medium cloves garlic, 1/3 c. good olive oil, 1 lb. shrimp, 1/2 lb. scallops (optional) and 1 1/2 c. chicken broth, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Cook garlic in oil; add shrimp.
Cook a few minutes and remove from shrimp with slotted spoon.
Add tomatoes, chicken broth, tomato paste and herbs; cook until it measures around 2 cups. Just before serving, add seafood and serve over the pasta of your choice, cooked al dente.
