Made with 4 c. cooked small seashell macaroni, cooked without salt or fat, 1 1/2 c. chopped cooked fresh shrimp (about 1 lb.), 1/2 c. frozen green peas, thawed, 1/2 c. sliced green onions and 1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl; toss well. Combine yogurt and next 6 ingredients in a bowl; stir well.
Add to pasta mixture, tossing to coat.
Cover and chill.
