Cook lasagna noodles.
Heat margarine in skillet, saute onion and garlic.
Stir in flour and milk.
Heat until thick, stirring constantly.
Add cheese and remove from heat.
Combine 1/2 the cheese sauce with the spinach and Parmesan.
In an 8-inch square pan, sprayed with "Pam," layer noodles, seafood and sauce.
Use the sauce without spinach for the top layer.
Sprinkle with nutmeg.
