Seafood Gumbo
Seafood Gumbo is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/2 c. oil, 1/2 c. flour, 2 onions, chopped, 1 green pepper, chopped and 4 ribs celery, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Make a dark roux with flour and oil. Add onions, pepper and celery and cook until tender. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, bay leaf, salt and pepper to taste and water to make a thin soup consistency.
Simmer about 30 minutes. Add okra, crabmeat and shrimp. Continue simmering for another 30 minutes.
Serve over rice or corn bread.
