Seafood Chowder
Seafood Chowder is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. finely cut salt pork, 1/4 c. finely cut onion, 2 (7 oz. each) cans clams and lobster, 2 c. cooked, diced potatoes and 2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cook pork in large frying pan for 1 or 2 minutes.
Add onion; cook until golden, stirring 2 or 3 times.
Drain seafood in sieve; save liquid.
Add seafood liquid and potatoes to pork mixture.
Cook, covered, until potatoes are thoroughly heated. Mince seafood with knife and add milk and seasonings to pork mixture.
Heat slowly to serving temperature.
Makes 4 servings.
