Sausage Potato Soup
Sausage Potato Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 to 1 lb. bulk sausage, 5 c. sliced or cubed cooked potatoes, 1 large or 2 medium onions, diced, 1 1/2 c. water and 1 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Brown crumbled sausage and drain well.
Combine potatoes, onions, water, salt and celery seed in large pot.
Cover.
Bring to boil.
Reduce heat and simmer 20 to 25 minutes.
Mash potatoes slightly, leaving small lumps.
Add drained sausage and milk.
Heat well.
Yields 6 to 8 servings.
