Sausage and Egg Casserole

Put half of cheese in greased 2 or 3-quart casserole.
Combine sausage, sour cream, dry mustard, paprika and salt.
Spread over grated cheese.
(This can be done a day ahead.)
Beat eggs and pour over sausage mixture.
Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake at 325Β° for 25 to 30 minutes (until brown on edges and eggs are set).
