Salmon Casserole
Salmon Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. carrots, diced, 1/4 c. onions, diced, 1 lb. canned salmon, cleaned, 1 c. cooked macaroni and 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom or celery soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cook carrots and onions in small amount of salted water; drain.
Break salmon into chunks.
Place in greased 2-quart casserole.
Add carrots, onions and macaroni.
Stir in soup, salt and pepper.
Melt butter.
Toss with bread crumbs.
Top with crumbs and cheese.
Bake in a 375Β° oven for about 20 minutes. Yields 4 servings.
