Combine eggs, milk, butter, onion, parsley & seasonings.
Break salmon into chunks, removing bones & skin.
Stir salmon into egg mixture.
Pour into a well greased 8 inch pie plate.
Prepare your own pie crust & roll 1/8 inch thick, cut an 8 inch circle, then cut circle into 6 wedges.
Arrange on top of pie.
Bake in a 425Β° oven for 25 minutes.
Serve immediately.
