Salisbury Steak
Salisbury Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 lb. lean ground beef, 1 (3/4 oz.) pkg. brown gravy mix, 1 c. water, 2 tbsp. catsup and 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Shape ground beef into 4 patties.
Place in skillet.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Cook until about 3/4 done.
Drain on paper towel really well.
Place patties in baking dish. Combine brown gravy mix, water, catsup, Worcestershire sauce and onion.
Pour over patties.
Cover with foil and bake at 375Β° for approximately 20 minutes.
Turn oven off.
Uncover and leave in oven for an additional 5 minutes.
