Made with 1 can condensed golden mushroom soup, 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1/2 c. dry bread or cracker crumbs, 1 egg, slightly beaten and 1 small onion, finely chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine 1/4 of the soup with remaining ingredients, except water.
Mix thoroughly.
Shape into 6 patties.
Place in shallow baking dish.
Bake, uncovered, at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Spoon off fat.
Combine remaining soup and water.
Spoon over patties. Bake 10 minutes.
