Salisbury Steak
Salisbury Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can mushroom soup, 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs, 1 egg, slightly beaten and 1/4 c. finely chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix thoroughly 1/4 cup of soup with other ingredients.
Shape into patties.
Place in shallow baking dish.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Spoon off fat.
