Salisbury Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 to 3 tbsp. butter, 2 medium onions, sliced, 2 tbsp. cornstarch, 1/4 tsp. salt and 2 beef bouillon cubes/pkg., this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In skillet over medium heat in hot butter, cook onions until tender, stirring frequently.
Stir in cornstarch, salt, bouillon, gravy sauce and 1 1/2 cups water; cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 10 minutes.
Keep mixture warm.
