Rumaki Appetizer
Rumaki Appetizer is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. chicken livers, 1 lb. bacon, 1 small can sliced water chestnuts, 1 small bottle teriyaki sauce and brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Wash chicken livers and cut in half.
In a large bowl, put the chicken livers and teriyaki to soak overnight.
Cover bowl.
Set bacon out to become room temperature before cooking.
Take 1 strip of bacon, put a chicken liver and water chestnut on top and wrap, securing it with a toothpick, then roll it in brown sugar.
Place in a baking pan.
Set oven on broil, 400Β°.
Cook until bacon is crisp, about 10 minutes.
