Round Steak Roll-Ups
Round Steak Roll-Ups is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 to 5 lb. round steak, cut into 3 x 5-inch strips, 1 c. minced onion, 1 c. melted margarine, 1 c. minced garlic and salt and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Take round steak pieces and lay them out.
Brush top side with melted butter.
Salt and pepper each one.
Layer onion and garlic on each side. Roll up each piece and stick with a toothpick to hold the roll.
Dip in flour and brown on all sides.
Take 2 cans of mushroom soup and either put in a baking pan with 1 can of water or in a crock-pot.
Place meat in receptacle.
When baking, cover with foil and place in a 350Β° oven for 1 1/2 hours.
