Round Steak Parmesan
Round Steak Parmesan is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 egg, beaten, 2 tbsp. water, 1/3 c. grated parmesan cheese, 1/4 c. bread crumbs and 1/2 tsp. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Combine egg and water; combine Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs.
Dip meat into egg mixture, then into Parmesan cheese mixture.
In a large skillet, brown coated meat in oil.
Transfer to a greased shallow casserole.
In same skillet, cook onion until soft.
Stir in salt, pepper, sugar, marjoram and tomato sauce. Simmer 5 minutes.
Pour over meat.
Cover and bake 1 1/4 hours at 350Β°.
Uncover and top with cheese slices.
Bake until cheese melts.
