Roasted Mustard Potatoes

Spray large flat pan 3 times with Pam. Cut red potatoes into wedges (approximately 4 wedges each), leaving skins on.
Combine mustard, paprika, chili powder and garlic powder in large bowl.
Add potato wedges, tossing to coat evenly.
Put wedges on pan, skin side down.
Bake 45 to 60 minutes, until potatoes are fork-tender.
