Roasted Garlic

Preheat oven to 350°.
Trim off each garlic head to expose the tops of the cloves.
Place heads in shallow baking dish, such as a 9-inch pie plate.

Roast garlic for 30 minutes.
Reduce heat to 250° and cook for 1 hour longer.
Serve garlic with slices of crusty French bread, butter and goat cheese, such as Feta.
Pop the cloves out of the skins and spread on bread.
